This is a Non Negotiable Way Bill.
The customer has to present consignee copy of the DWB at delivery destination to collect the material from our destination warehouse. Transit time is not applicable.
Material booked under this category shall be delivered only after the receipt of payment. Transit time is not applicable.
Material booked under the category shall be delivered only after receipt of Demand Draft in favor of booking party. Transit time is not applicable.
Whether either Shipper or Receiver has under taken the Insurance coverage for the material covered under this DWB.Policy No need to be furnished. In case of any mishap PTP Logistics Pvt Ltd., shall provide fact certificate to take up the claim issue with their under writers.
Whether PTP Logistics Pvt Ltd., has charged Risk cover charges. PTP Logistics Pvt Ltd., and its under writers covers the responsibility for claim/or issuing COF in case of any mishap.
Demurrage will be charged Rs.1 per kg for material lying at our destination office or more than 3 days in 9 cities i.e. Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Poona, Hyderabad and Goa.
In other cities Demurrage will be charged after 7 days.Demmurage will also be charged at above rate if material is put on hold in transit because of incomplete statutory documents or on request of consignor/consignee.
The Company reserves the rights to transfer any material lying at our godown for more than 90 days to unclaimed goods department for auctioning and recovering the dues. Notice charges shall be Rs.100 per Notice.
Wherever applicable. It is the levy charged by Govt Body/Local Municipal Corporation. Any Octroi /entry Tax etc. paid by PTP Logistics Pvt Ltd., on behalf of consignee party is to be reimbursed to us at destination at the time of delivery with service charges @5%.
Rs.100 or Re.1/-per kg will be charged extra for additional attempt after first attempt for delivery. SERVICE CHANGES: For changes made on request of shipper in (a) COD Services (b)FOD Services (c)Delivery Address, we will charge service Charges @Rs.300 per service.
While calculating charges of volumetric weight (1 CFT =10 Kgs) V/S actual weight, which ever weight is higher will be charged.
It means delivery at the door step at customers place. PTP Logistics Pvt Ltd., does not take responsibility of delivering inside the customer's premises/staking. In case of multistoried building extra charges would be charged at delivery point as per the tariff.
